Even though you may be tempted to spend lots of money on all kinds of products, there are simpler solutions to start with. Here are three simple tips.
1. Eat healthy foods! A hormonal imbalance is likely the culprit which is responsible for your acne. It can make your body produce more sebum than it actually needs, which is the oil on your face. This can lead to the clogging of the pores which can then lead to pimples and zits. Keeping an eye on your diet is pretty easy, just try to cut down on dairy products, food with high fat content, and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.
2. Reduce stress! This will affect your body and mind in negative ways. In todays world stress is inevitable but there are things you can do to calm yourself down. Try taking walks, exercising, and getting a good nights rest.
3. Wash your face! Be sure to wash your face with water a couple times each day. Be sure to use a soap or face wash that is mild and do not overdo it. Do not scrub your face, be gentle with it. Try not to apply any creams during night time and remove any makeup before going to bed.
